Left Friday morning with the Danagement team (plus Jazz) and had a nice day, long drive with some nice stops along the way. Ran into my good friends from St. Albert Dave and Trudy right away and hung out at their campsite for a bit. Played a good set, my saxophone gave me troubles, luckily I had my second horn along with me. Turned out to be a bad spring, fixed it on stage mid-set, hopefully nobody noticed. Good set, had a lot of fun, beautiful sunny weather. Hung out in our air conditioned dressing room for a bit afterward, then beer tent, then hotel, then beach, then more campsite, then house party, then more hotel. Spent the entire drive back to Vancouver sleeping in the backseat. Crazy fun night.
